 This site, Prize Note offers daily prizes (M-F) and all you have to do is sign up. You can refer friends because it doubles your chances (if they win you win the same prize.) Another blogger's mom won a laptop computer, a $10 Target gift card and more. Definitely worth the time it takes (3 seconds for sign up and another 10 to activate your account via email).

Also, there is no daily entry form. Winners are chosen at random M-F, then receive an email if they won.  They have large ticket items for monthly drawings as well as smaller gift card giveaways during the week. I don't know why you still haven't signed up? Get on it! LoL
